Description:

The Canadian Electronic Health Information Systems Ltd. offers an integrated approach to supporting health professionals in starting and running efficient health-based businesses. We offer cloud-based web applications, continuing competency courses, and digital practice resources. We are an enterprise-ready solution that can support clinicians who are just starting their own private practices all the way to multi-location, muti-profession health organizations.

Current Products & Services:

Products and services include Guardian EMR, a cloud-based practice management system capable of supporting the whole health care team from any location. Clinicians can continue to use the forms that they have been working with for years by recreating them in the program's template builder. Guardian EMR conforms to the processes and forms of an existing clinic with the template builder and program logic that allows work from multiple points in the system. Users are not forced into any specific working order for the system to process their needs. The main differentiating feature is that this system automatically manages the user’s view of health records right down to the individual records, this makes Guardian EMR internally snoop proof; a security feature not seen in any other EMR systems in Canada. This is done while also mimicking the health care circle of care dynamic, meaning that the security features do not get in the way of the health care team's efficiency. Telehealth services are provided in partnership with OnCall Health. Guardian Clinic Manager allows clinics to monitor and track equipment and clinician certifications. Continuing competency courses allow clinicians to improve their practice, learn about legislation, and expand their practice tool kits. The company also provides online resources from consent forms and intake forms all the way to various standardized assessments.
