Trade Mission: The Specialty Food Association (SFA) Summer Fancy Food Show

The SFA Summer Fancy Food Show is a premier trade show in the specialty food and beverage industry in North America. In 2024, the show attracted over 30,000 industry professionals and 2,200 exhibitors, covering over 300,000 square feet of exhibit space. Featuring more than 100,000 specialty food products from over 60 countries, this expansive exhibition offers attendees opportunities to explore innovative products in the “New Product Showcase”, gain insights from valuable educational sessions, and identify emerging market trends. The show highlights the continued growth of the specialty food sector, which reached $194 billion in retail and food service sales in 2023, now accounting for 21.3% of all food sales at retail.
