Pre Market Services
Pre Market Funding Program
Pre Market Funding is available to members in the Pre Market membership category to offset the costs of initial market exploration or market development. Applicants must demonstrate how this activity is related to relevant market research and qualified opportunities that have been identified as part of their business strategy or expansion plans.
Premium Member Incoming Buyer Funding Service
As a Premium Membership benefit, STEP members who are able to demonstrate new business opportunities by inviting a buyer to Saskatchewan, will be eligible to apply under the Premium Member Incoming Buyer Program.

- Market Access Program (MAP)
STEP Premium Members, who qualify under the STEP Market Access Program (MAP) program eligibility and funding criteria, may submit up to four (4) funding applications to a maximum reimbursement of $8,000 per year. - Market Intelligence Services
Premium Members, beyond regular services, get customized market research reports to a total max. of 100 hours/year, rapid response market intelligence service, and one (1) Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) Finance Analysis on a North American company in which the Director of Market Intelligence and relevant trade staff offer strategic market advice based on the gathered data.
