Marquis Milling and grain was incorporated March 2016 to facilitate the purchase of Nunweiler’s Flour Co. which was established in 1988. The company's production facility is located in Hague Saskatchewan and built in 2019. They are a whole grain flour mill, who mills most kinds of cereals and pulses. They can remove some of the bran to offer a light or almost white versions of flour. They can package grains and flours into packages ranging between 500 grams to 1000 KG. Marquis Milling and Grain's whole grain flours are milled at low temperatures (typically less than 25C) from high quality Canadian grown grains. No additives or preservatives, No GMO’s. Mumm's Sprouting Seeds supplies over 120 types of certified organic seed for growing sprouts and microgreens. They supply bulk volumes to commercial sprout and microgreen growers. Renouf Farms Ltd.'s berry orchard was stared in 2017 and is currently a 30 acre orchard adjacent to the farm northwest of Melfort, Saskatchewan. The focus is on Haskaps - the second highest berry in the world for antioxidants and more vitamin C per 100 grams than the average orange. Haskaps are considered a super fruit in the food industry and knowledgeable customers are looking for its health benefits. They are much higher in vitamins and nutrients than the blueberry and taste like a combination of a blueberry and a raspberry but with a lot more "zing". The orchard also grows Saskatoon berries, sea buckthorn, raspberries and chokecherries. The orchard is truly farm to fork as they sustainable produce, harvest, process and deliver to retail and wholesale customers a variety of jams, jellies, juice, puree, syrups, pie fillings, pies, berries (fresh and frozen) and now also a selection of freeze dried berries, fruit, haskap powder, milk and ice cream bars!
