AGRITEHCNICA 2025 Contest – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The contest is open to residents of any country who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees, contractors, and representatives of the Saskatchewan Trade & Export Partnership (STEP), Air Canada, participating exhibitors in the 2025 AGRITECHNICA Canadian Pavilion, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  • Void where prohibited by law.

2. Contest Period

  • The contest begins at 12:00 AM Central Standard Time (CST) on November 9, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM CST on November 16, 2025 (“Contest Period”).
  • Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

  • Complete the online entry form at https://sasktrade.com/agritechica-air-canada-contest/ during the Contest Period.
  • Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

4. Prize

  • Two (2) round-trip economy flight vouchers from any eligible European Air Canada gateway to any eligible Canadian Air Canada gateway.
  • Flight vouchers cover base airfare only; the winner is responsible for paying applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges when booking their flights. 
  • Travel must be completed by December 31, 2026. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply as determined by Air Canada.
  • Prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or sold.
  • STEP and Air Canada reserve the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
  • The draw will be held on Friday, November 21 in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.
  • The selected entrant will be contacted via the email address provided on the entry form.
  • To be declared the winner, the selected entrant must:
    • Respond within 5 business days of notification;
    • Correctly answer a skill-testing question (required under Canadian contest law);
    • Sign and return a declaration of eligibility and release form.

6. Personal Information & Consent

  • By entering the contest, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of administering this contest and in accordance with our Privacy Notice below.
    You also consent to your information being shared with exhibitors of the 2025 AGRITECHNICA Canadian Pavilion for the purposes of providing you with relevant information about their products, services, or events.

7. CASL & GDPR Compliance

  • Under CASL, you will only receive electronic communications from STEP or its partners if you provide express consent. You may unsubscribe at any time.
  • Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, and to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting STEP at inquire@sakstrade.sk.ca.
  • Your personal data will be stored securely in Canada and/or the European Union, and will only be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this contest.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • STEP, Air Canada, and all exhibitors of the 2025 AGRITECHNICA Canadian Pavilion are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the contest or the processing of entries.
    By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless STEP, Air Canada, and the exhibitors from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in this contest or from the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

9. Governing Law

  • This contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
    Entrants located in the European Union retain their rights under GDPR.
