Trade Mission: U.S. Midwest Food Exporters Market Readiness
In collaboration with the Government of Alberta, Manitoba Agriculture, and the Consulate General of Canada in Minneapolis, Saskatchewan Trade and Export Partnership (STEP) is excited to announce the U.S. Midwest Food Exporters Market Readiness Mission to in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
This mission is designed to empower agri-food companies, including those in the alcohol sector, with the essential tools for successful product exportation to the Upper Midwest region of the U.S. The program targets STEP’s agri-food exporters aiming to expand and grow their exports into the Upper Midwest region, particularly those with limited international trade experience in exporting to this region. Participants will benefit from valuable insights into export requirements, gather market intelligence, and make connections with key in-market support contacts, including regional importers, distributors, brokers, customs clearance brokers, US retailers, wholesalers, and distributors that could potentially carry their products. The program includes educational seminars, B2B meetings, grocery store tours, and one-on-one sessions with potential buyers.
