Trade Mission: Seoul Food & Hotel 2026 & Outreach to Mongolia

As Korea’s largest international food and hospitality trade show, Seoul Food & Hotel is a premier platform connecting global suppliers with high-quality Korean buyers and industry leaders seeking premium products and emerging food and beverage trends across multiple sectors.

STEP will lead a coordinated Saskatchewan presence by organizing member companies to exhibit within the Canada Pavilion, enabling direct engagement with qualified buyers. The mission will also include structured meetings with local food and beverage buyers, participation in a networking reception, and attendance at a market briefing session to provide participants with practical insights into market conditions and opportunities. The Canada Pavilion is a flagship initiative of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC), with booth space funded by the Government of Canada. STEP will collaborate closely with AAFC, the Saskatchewan Trade and Investment Office in Tokyo, and the Trade Commissioner Service at the Canadian Embassy in Seoul to ensure a well-coordinated and effective trade mission that maximizes value for Saskatchewan exporters.

Following the show, STEP will undertake targeted outreach to Mongolia to support the development of mining supply and service sector connections and to gather updates on Mongolia’s agricultural machinery market, including opportunities for Canadian and Saskatchewan farming technology and equipment.
