The RC Show is Canada’s leading foodservice and hospitality trade event. Hosted by Restaurants Canada, this annual event brings together industry leaders, buyers, and suppliers to explore the latest trends, innovations, and opportunities in the foodservice sector.
The three-day event attracts more than 27,000 industry professionals and features over 1,300 exhibitors across 350,000 square feet of exhibition space, reinforcing its position as a premier national gathering for the industry.
