Trade Mission: DEFSEC West 2026

This mission is open to exporting companies in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Alberta. 

DEFSEC West is a high-value B2B defence, security and aerospace exhibition and networking forum tailored to Western Canada’s defence sector, designed to connect Canadian exporters with national and international prime contractors, SMEs, government agencies and supply chain partners.

Saskatchewan Trade & Export Partnership (STEP) is coordinating a targeted Prairies trade mission to DEFSEC West to support defence, security, and technology exporters from Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba in maximizing market exposure, facilitating pre-arranged meetings with key buyers and partners, and leveraging structured B2B programs to advance business development opportunities. STEP’s planning includes curated matchmaking, logistical support and sector briefings to help companies enter and grow in the Canadian and international defence market.
