STEP will lead an outgoing trade mission walker program to AgQuip Field Days in Gunnedah and Dowerin Machinery Field Days in Western Australia, two of Australia’s largest and most influential outdoor agricultural machinery and technology events. These field days attract significant numbers of Australian farmers, dealers, and agribusiness decision makers, and are recognized as key venues for showcasing new equipment, farm technologies, and support services across a wide range of crop and livestock operations.

Through a structured walker program, STEP will support Saskatchewan exporters in meeting prospective dealers, distributors, and end-users, observing live equipment demonstrations, and gaining first-hand understanding of Australian farming practices and product requirements. STEP will coordinate a virtual pre-mission market briefing, group itineraries across both shows, and targeted B2B introductions in cooperation with Canadian trade offices and local partners. This activity will help participating companies validate market fit, advance direct-to-dealer and partnership discussions, and build a pipeline of qualified leads in priority regions of New South Wales and Western Australia.
