AAHAR Food & Hospitality Trade Show
AAHAR is India’s largest Food & Hospitality trade show, organized by the Government of India, and includes 2 simultaneous shows:
- Hospitality India: Hotel & Restaurant Equipment and Supplies
- Food India: Processed Foods, Food Processing and Beverages
In 2025, the show had over 100,000 business visitors and 1,700 exhibitors including international participation from 17 countries including Australia, France, Italy, Peru, UAE, UK, USA, Brazil Japan & Turkey.
India is the world’s most populous country and boasts one of the fastest growing economies in the world. As Indian households continue to reach higher levels of consumer spending, imported agricultural products are becoming more accessible to a larger number of people. Canadian agri-food exporters wanting to enter India’s market will have numerous opportunities to help meet this growing demand for imported food and agricultural products.
