As of June 2026, China’s General Administration of Customs (GACC) will implement Decree 280, introducing new requirements for the registration and administration of overseas producers of imported agricultural products and food. This regulation will replace the existing Decree 248, with significant implications for exporters, producers, processors, and trading houses.
With China continuing to enhance its oversight of imported food and agricultural goods, it is critical that Saskatchewan exporters understand the evolving compliance landscape. This webinar will provide:
