Trade Mission: Saskatchewan Manufacturing & Technology Showcase to Chicago, IL
Saskatchewan Trade & Export Partnership (STEP) is pleased to invite you to participate in Saskatchewan’s Manufacturing & Technology Showcase Trade Mission in Chicago, Illinois, from February 19-23, 2024. This trade mission serves as a pivotal step in expanding your business reach and establishing new business opportunities in the Midwestern region.

In 2021, Saskatchewan’s manufacturing exports accounted for a substantial 20.6% of the province’s total exports of goods. The state of Illinois, particularly Chicago, stands out as a strategic trade partner, having imported $45 billion in goods from Canada last year.

As the 5th largest economy in the U.S., Illinois is home to the global headquarters of 34 Fortune 500 companies. - Tailored Program for Success: STEP, in collaboration with the Trade Commissioner Service, the Canadian Consulate in Chicago and an in-market-based consulting firm, will create a program aligned with your business objectives. The core of the program revolves around a minimum of 5 personalized one-on-one B2B meetings with prospective clients or partners in the region. Additionally, we will provide educational sessions about the market and industry, as well as ample networking opportunities.
